Real estate La Cala International is a privately owned international real estate company with head office in Mijas – Spain and offices in Cape Town and Langebaan South Africa.
The foundation of our company was established over 20 years ago by John and Frederic Makelberge in La Cala de Mijas. Now the company is spearheaded by Vera Vollemaere, Stephanie Makelberge-Cloete and Frederic Makelberge, with a collective 50+ years experience in the industry.
Our Spanish office is located on the La Cala de Mijas beachfront and attracts many walk-ins throughout the year.

Our opening hours are longer in order to assist at different times of the day. Opening hours are form 9 am to 7pm. And even longer in Summer. We are also open on a Saturday..
